INTENTIA fournit de nouvelles informations concernant les co?ts associ?s ? la fusion

Stockholm, Suède, 15 décembre 2005 – Intentia, fournisseur mondial de solutions d'entreprises pour les industries de production, de distribution et de maintenance, a communiqué aujourd'hui de nouvelles informations concernant les coûts et dépenses associés à la fusion. Ces derniers s'élevaient, au cours d'octobre et de novembre 2005, à 15,3 millions de SEK (environ 1,6 millions d'euros).

En plus des 58,7 millions de SEK (env. 6,1 millions d'euros) de coûts associés à la fusion et identifiés dans le rapport périodique Q3 2005 d'Intentia, 15,3 millions de SEK de coûts associés à la fusion sont venus s'ajouter au cours d'octobre et novembre. Le montant total des coûts et dépenses associés à la fusion s'élèvent donc actuellement à 74 millions de SEK (env. 7,76 millions d'euros) pour les 11 premiers mois de 2005.

Intentia Provides Update on Merger-Related Costs

Stockholm, Sweden - December 15, 2005 -Intentia, the global enterprise solutions provider for the manufacturing, distribution and maintenance industries, today provided an update on merger-related costs and expenses. During October and November of 2005, these costs and expenses amounted to SEK 15.3 million (approximately EUR 1.6 million).

In addition to the SEK 58.7 million (approx. EUR 6.1 million) in merger-related costs identified in Intentia's Q3 2005 interim report, SEK 15.3 million in merger-related costs were incurred in October and November. The total merger-related costs and expenses for the first 11 months of 2005 amounts to SEK 74.0 million (approx. EUR 7.76 million).

Converting Intentia's financial figures from Swedish accounting standards to US GAAP has been a complex process and taken longer than expected. Our integration process for the combination has been very successful.
