- L'immeuble, situé dans le VIII arrondissement, est un hôtel particulier du XIX siècle avec une surface totale de 4.010,50m2 loué à 100 % à une filiale de la banque HSBC.
- Cette transaction fait partie des projets d'investissement de la société à hauteur de 400 millions d'euros sur une période de quatre ans.
Madrid, le 26 juillet 2006.- Parquesol, l'un des sociétés leaders dans le développement immobilier, affirme sa présence internationale avec l'achat d'un immeuble de bureaux pour un montant de 15,5 millions d'euros.
The operation, which took shape a few months ago and with advice received from the consultancy firm Exa, was finalised this week, and constitutes the third acquisition in terms of property following the purchase of the building in Barcelona (Mas Blau) and in Lisbon (Duque de Palmela, 11).
The building is located in rue de la Bienfaisance, 41-43 right in the financial centre of the capital, near Monceau Park and boulevard Haussmann. The property, dating from the 19th Century, has been perfectly preserved.
The current occupancy of the property in the French capital is 100%, leased by a subsidiary of HSBC until 2007.
With this acquisition, Parquesol has accumulated an area of 153,558 square metres of strategic portfolio in terms of property, 13% more than in the previous financial year.NOTE FOR THE EDITOR.
