PARQUESOL participe au " South European Midcap Summit "

Madrid, le 26 mars 2006. - Parquesol, société immobilière espagnole cotée aux Bourses de Madrid, Barcelone, Bilbao et Valence, participera au " South European Midcap Event " qui se déroulera à Paris les 29 et 30 mars prochains.

The company will be represented by Mr Manuel Enrich, Strategy and External Communications Director and by Ms Rocio Montero, Investor Relations Director.

They will attend at this forum dedicated to meetings between institutional investors and South European listed companies.

It is expected that around 60 companies from Greece, Italy Portugal and Spain, more than 120 institutional investors and 5 major European Brokers will be attending.

Parquesol, with more than thirty years track record in the real estate business, has been showing a growing activity, both in the residential development segment, and in the property business segment.

The company current activity is run mostly in eight different regions in Spain, and has also started international diversification with both finished product and projects in: Paris, Lisbon and Warsaw.

The company has met its forecasts for 2006, achieving €254.2 million in revenue and €85.0 million gross profit for the period before tax.

Parquesol continues with expansion plan as announced during its IPO on May 2006. The clear bet from San Jose Group, in the Real Estate business has been reflected through a take over bid for Parquesol. The combined group will have as targets growth and expansion in the next years.
