SODIFRANCE : Turnover for 1st half-year of 2007: + 6.7% Sodifrance on course to achieve targets for 2007

- First half-year in line with targets

The turnover for the 1st half-year of 2007, up +6.7%, is in line with the targeted growth in sales at around 7% for the financial year, taking into account seasonal business variations.

All SODIFRANCE activities are benefiting from the dynamics of the sector.

- External growth: target for 2007 reached

In accordance with its strategy, SODIFRANCE has made two acquisitions:

- Onext, on 16 April, a company complementary in the field of offering Internet/Intranet portals based on Open-Source content management technologies. This company was consolidated into the accounts in April 2007, but did not have a major impact on the business in the 1st half-year (€146k).

- API Group, on 12 July. API Group (workforce: 234, turnover: €15.5m), which enjoys a strong presence in Paris, will enable SODIFRANCE to have a truly national dimension, and to accelerate its development with major accounts in the Banking-Insurance sector. This company will be consolidated in the accounts as of 1 July.

SODIFRANCE, which passed the 600-staff mark in July, now has a total workforce of 835 employees. The heightened presence of SODIFRANCE in Paris, as a result of the acquisition of API Group, will accelerate its recruitment ability on this market.

- Forecast 2007

In view of the acquisition of API Group, we have increased our turnover target for 2007 from €48m to €55m. We maintain our target for pre-tax operating profit up 6% over the whole financial year.
