The industry's 5th event will be held at the Dorint Sofitel Amsterdam Airport Hotel and features industry-specific seminars and workshops highlighting Aftermarket Supply Chain Logistics, Shop Floor Management, Warranty Management, WEEE/RoHS-Recycling, Outsourcing Principles, Field Service, RMA and Call Center, Repair Technologies and Mergers & Acquisitions
