Appear Networks Appoints Yad Jaura Vice President of Global Marketing

Stockholm, January 29th, 2007 - Appear Networks, a leading provider of enterprise wireless and mobility software, today announced that it named Yad Jaura to the newly created position of Vice President of Global Marketing. Jaura brings more than 15 years of enterprise mobility and software marketing experience to Appear, most recently as director of product marketing for iAnywhere (a Sybase company) where he was responsible for the launch and development of its Afaria mobile device management product line.

A proven and seasoned marketing executive, Jaura will be responsible for helping the company achieve a leadership position in the emerging enterprise mobility market. Based in Oxford, England, Jaura will report to Scott Layman, Chief Executive Officer.
