Cellectis S.A. announces participation in the SmallCap Event On April 26th and 27th in Paris, 'Espace Cardin'

Romainville, April 24th 2007 – Cellectis S.A. (Alternext: ALCLS), the rational genome engineering company developing a new range of custom DNA rewriting products for the research, healthcare and industrial sectors, today announced that it will participate in the SmallCap Event, a forum dedicated to meetings between institutional investors and listed companies from the Euronext Zone, on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th of April in Paris, Espace Cardin, 3 avenue Gabriel.

During these two days, André Choulika, founder and CEO, and Marc le Bozec, CFO, will meet with institutional investors to present Cellectis and its development strategy.

The upcoming conferences Cellectis will attend :

- BioEquity Europe in Glasgow on May 21 and 22 2007,
- BioFinance in London on June 18 2007.
