Joan Carles Peiró est le nouveau directeur général des opérations et Derk Jan Helleman est le nouveau directeur du développement corporate
Barcelone, le 1er avril 2008 - Service Point Solutions (Ticket: SPS.MC) poursuit son pari de consolidation et de croissance et a renforcé sa capacité opérationnelle en termes de fusions, acquisitions et intégrations en nommant Joan Carles Peiró, au nouveau poste de directeur général des opérations (COO) et responsable mondial des Opérations et du Développement des Activités, et Derk Jan Helleman au nouveau poste de directeur du développement corporate.
As COO, Joan Carles Peiró's mandate is to strengthen the company's ability to integrate acquired companies, boost organic growth and lift margins at existing operations. He will have global responsibility for the Operations, Marketing, and Market Development, IT Systems, R&D+I, Sales and HR departments. Peiró will focus on unifying the brand, reinforcing positioning and exploiting and cementing operating synergies across SPS subsidiaries and offices and across the Globalgrafixnet network.
Joan Carles Peiró is a telecommunications-engineering graduate of Universidad La Salle - Ramón Llull in Barcelona and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics and an MBA from Phoenix University, Arizona. Service Point's new executive previously held senior positions at RACC, Nike, Reckitt Benckiser and Hewlett Packard.
As Head of Corporate Development, Derk Jan Helleman will be responsible for the execution of M&A transactions and will further develop the company`s acquisition strategy. It will be his mandate to fuel and accelerate Service Point's growth through acquisitions in the coming years to consolidate the company's market position as leader in the document management sector.
Derk Jan Helleman holds a Master's Degree in International Financial Economics from the University of Amsterdam. He previously worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance where he was Senior Manager M&A and at NIB Capital Bank where he worked as an M&A consultant.
