SHANGHAI, CHINE - (Marketwire - 24 mars 2011) - La Commercial Aircraft
Corporation of China Ltd (COMAC) et Bombardier Inc. ont signé ce jour un accord cadre afin d'établir une coopération stratégique à long terme sur l'avion commercial. Cette collaboration aura un effet de levier sur les synergies et les points forts des deux sociétés qui leur permettra de développer des projets avantageux pour toutes les deux.
L'accord de coopération stratégique à long terme se fonde sur le désir, commun à COMAC et Bombardier, d'associer la nature complémentaire potentielle de leurs produits et leur expertise correspondante. Cela comprend d'étudier une collaboration pour leur marketing, les relations avec les clients et les stratégies d'assistance envers les clients afin d'aider chacun d'entre eux à augmenter sa part de marché globale sur les marchés émergents ou mûrs.
Both parties will also evaluate possibilities for cooperation with regards to C919/CSeries aircraft program commonalities, joint procurement as well as collaboration on future Bombardier and COMAC product lines.

The collaborative framework agreement was signed by Chairman Zhang and President and Chief Executive Officer Beaudoin in Shanghai.
