Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group : Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group rachète le leader australien du café et des machines à café

(VILLORBA - TRÉVISE, Italie, 7 décembre 2010) - Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group a acheté par l'intermédiaire de sa filiale Segafredo Zanetti Australia 100% d'Espresso Italia, un distributeur de café et de machines à café implanté à Perth et leader de ce marché en Australie Occidentale.


Cette acquisition permet au groupe de renforcer sa position dans le pays où il figure parmi les leaders du marché depuis une dizaine d'années.
The new Perth branch has joined the other ones that Segafredo Zanetti Australia - from its Sydney Headquarters - established years ago Melbourne (State of Victoria) and Newcastle (State of New South Wales).

After having completed in next weeks the operational integration of Espresso Italia, Segafredo Zanetti Australia will be ready to further develop its coffee and coffee machine business in the country as well as in New Zealand, areas that are considered among the main drivers of the future global expansion of the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group.
